Highly secure and government compliant data centers
For our federal customers, what sets us apart is not only the list of certs/reports (PCI-DSS, ISO27001, SOC 2 (Type II), SOC 3, HIPAA Type I, NIST 800-53), but also the level to which we've taken the program. With our NIST 800-53 report, we employ the control sets at the highest, most enhanced level by NIST, enabling us to align with FISMA HIGH and FedRAMP Physical and Environmental (P&E) controls that many government agencies may struggle to accomplish with competitors that only employ base level controls in a NIST 800-53 assessment. Data Center Services are also available on GSA Schedule 36 Contract # GS-03F-049GA.
Flexible support for your information continuity demands
With interconnected data centers and multiple networking options, Iron Mountain's diverse offering supports your information continuity demands.
In addition to our traditional carriers, Iron Mountain partners with multiple SDN Providers to offer rapidly deployable, cost-effective access to hundreds of paths to cloud on-ramps and to all major cloud providers.
Our suite of network offerings includes direct connection cloud on-ramps, software-defined network (SDN) exchanges, peering exchanges, colocation provider fiber to regional MMR's and private carrier circuits.
Scale rapidly from a single cabinet to a purpose-built data center, and from a single market to global deployment.
Reduce data center TCO
With colocation, public-sector organizations can reduce data center total cost of ownership when compared to in-house solutions, increase energy and operational efficiency and reduce system complexity. The operational cost savings helps you maximize your budget to better address requirements such as DCOI, IDEA, the Artificial Intelligence Initiative and EO 13800.
